Habits have a pattern (craving – cue – routine – reward) that can be reprogrammed to something new… but keep in mind that your existing habits are hardwired in your neural connections, which is why falling back into old habits is so easy.

Clayton and team introduced a number of innovation examples and create a case for prioritizing market-creating innovations as a means for personal and economic prosperity vs focusing on the existing consumer market. Easy to digest as an audiobook with many excellent market creation examples.
